When is it? I've never been either. I've worked in the OR just under a year and it's been my only job in nursing. I feel like there is probably so much to learn there and it would be beneficial. Sometimes, I feel like my knowledge level in the OR is not where I would like it to be.

March 24-29, 2012. Cannot get website to post, so Google AORN Congress for info. It takes many years to become very proficient in OR. Even after many years, every case and patient is different. We are always learning and adjusting-that's what makes it exciting and challenging. Do not give up. If you attend, contact me and we can meet up!
