Hello! I have applied to CUI's ABSN program for Summer 2017 and want to see if there are any other potential applicants and if anyone have heard back about interviews yet. Also, I would love to hear about current/past/potential student's thoughts and feedback on the program.

hi! I applied for summer 2017. haven't heard about interview yet. i am a little nervous about 'accelerated' nature of the program and would like to hear from current students about the program in more detail.

I've applied for summer 2017 too! I am literally PRAYING every day! :( This wait is KILLING me! I wouldn't worry about the accelerated portion though. Idk if you went to the information session but it seemed as though those professors REALLY cared. Their pass rate is OUTSTANDING. If you get in, I'm sure you'll do great!

I believe we will catch word in March, btw!

If you guys don't mind me asking... Did anyone have any volunteer hours or hospital experience? What about your GPAs?

OMG! The wait is seriously killing me too! I hope that we'll hear back about interview sometimes this coming week. I am really hoping that I can get an interview!!! I wasn't able to attend the information session since I don't live in Southern California, but I read great things about the school and staff.

I volunteer at a hospital and when I applied I recorded about 105 hours. My college GPA was 3.5 but my science GPA was like 3.8. Did my best considering I was a D1 athlete:/ hope it's good enough to get in. I made sure my essay was meaningful! What about yourself?

Wow that's great!:)

I had a 3.4 undergrad and so far I have a 4.0 in my science classes. Also did 100 hours of volunteer/internship at a hospital and worked with special needs children! Hopefully we will all get an interview!:) I feel like we will be hearing back this week.

I applied for summer 2017 and am still waiting to hear back!í ½í¸ I have a 3.7 gpa, have 280 hours volunteering in a hospital as a clinical care extender, for the past year I have worked in an outpatient clinic for CHOC doing medical billing and administration and am a per diem employee at nurse next door. I am still pending my degree and microbiology though, so fingers crossedí ½í¸Š

where did you record volunteer hours? I didn't see anything in application packet about it...

I don't think there was an area to submit volunteer hours but I just sent my hours in anyways. Has anyone heard back from concordia yet?!
