Concordia Texas ABSN Fall 2020

Hi all! I applied to CTX's ABSN Fall 2020 program. I just heard back that my completion plan was approved by the Registrar! Anyone else applying? Also would love to hear from past cohorts!

I'm applying to it. still don't hear from the registrar, remember we still need to get accepted. I wonder how much does it take to get the acceptance letter after the registrar's approval.

I have a question for you? how much time was between submitting your complete file, the completion plan, and the decision if you have it?
I submitted my completed application, and now I'm in the second week without the completion plan. I know that this is because they are working from home because of COVID-19. the waiting is killing me. that is why I wonder about your waiting time.

I’m applying for Fall as well

hoping to hear back anytime now. My admission counselor said it could be a week to two weeks. I’m constantly checking my email ?

My thing is I'm waiting for the completion plan that I should sign before getting the decision for two weeks! does it take that time with you?

Hi everyone,

I just received my conditional acceptance today! Does anyone know anything about financial aid and any transfer scholarships? I am so excited!

I did too! Congratulations!! See you this fall ? what other courses do you need to complete?
I filled out my financial aid last week. I have not looked into scholarships yet.

Congratulation guys! so happy for you.

For the scholarships, check this https://www.concordia.edu/resources/scholarship-hub/and look through the external scholarships. since we are ABSN, we are not qualified for the university scholarships according to my knowledge. one of the greatest scholarships is Nurse Corps so don't forget to check it out. Also, you can apply for "workforce solution" especially if your income less than $21,000/year.

I'm still waiting for" the completion plan" to sign it before sending it to the nursing committee!! it is three weeks now and I don't know what is wrong! Every time I check with the advisor she tells me I will receive it soon!

I would keep calling! Because I received the completion plan yesterday , I signed emailed it back and within a few hours I got the admission email.

Congratulations to you too!! I am completing Microbiology and lifespan psychology right now. Then in the Summer I will be taking the leadership courses. What about you?

I need chem, medical Spanish and the testament courses(this Summer). Have you taken the medical Spanish?

I have not, I think I received AP credit for Spanish so I don't need to take it.
