I just got to meet with the school in Grand Prairie. I took an assessment test and was informed that after I take the TEAS with a minimum passing score they will not let me know if I am accepted until 2 weeks before the program starts in JUNE. Not sure what to think? Apparently they only have 30 spots available for this year. In anyone familiar with this school on how many spots they really have available?
I ask because I was told first that I will have to wait until 2 weeks before the program to start to know if I will be selected out of all the applicants. Right before I left I told the advisor that I will take the TEAS in 4 weeks so I can study. She then stated that I should "get the TEAS done asap so that I can be ahead of others." This made me wonder what their process is for the applicants is and how many applicants they really have, and how many spots they really have available. Is anyone familiar with this school?
I graduated from Concorde Dallas for Medical Assisting. Don't sweat the interview. They do that to get you nervous and make things look more "official". Nothing to it really. It is more or less a speech that he makes and he may ask you a couple of questions since it is the LVN program. I wouldn't worry though.:)

Hello. This is my first time posting on here. I have been meeting with a recruiter from Concorde College since November to begin my journey in the vocational nursing program.I have passed both entrance test(wonderlic & TEAS). I have also taken care of my financial aid. The recruiter has now told me that I'm still not accepted until I have an interview with the DON of program. Now I'm waiting on a call back with the date of the interview. I'm so worried I will not get a spot for the class that is about to start in feb. 2015. If anyone have been through the process of enrollment at this school or can shed some light on what will come next it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks 😊
