I was just accepted to Concord's part-time LVN program, starting November-2010.
Any recent/past graduates care to share their experience and or tips. I am curious to know about their connection and if it is possible to get hired after graduation, passing NCLEX ect. I have heard mixed reviews about this school in the past and honestly, I shopped around and I was impressed by this school and I felt quite comfortable there. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :redbeathe

Hello,
I attended Concorde Career College - North Hollywood from 2000-2001. I recommend it if you are looking for an accelerated course. I had no problem finding a job once I got my license and I do feel that I learned the basics of nursing there. The only thing that I felt they could have improved was the classroom space and parking, other than that everything went smoothly.
Good luck to you!!!
Thank you so much, good luck to you as well-although seems you don't need it!

Hi there ttorres,
I was considering attending North Hollywood's Concorde LVN program possibly within this new year. I was wondering if you ended up enjoying Concordes program? I went there today and met with an administrator and they broke down numbers for me. The programs cost gave me a minor heart attack (lol). I just want to make sure this is a smart move to take. I'm currently on a waiting list for an RN program near my area and thought this would be a great move while I wait. Any information back is greatly appreciated!
