Hello,
I attended Concorde Career College - North Hollywood from 2000-2001. I recommend it if you are looking for an accelerated course. I had no problem finding a job once I got my license and I do feel that I learned the basics of nursing there. The only thing that I felt they could have improved was the classroom space and parking, other than that everything went smoothly.
Good luck to you!!!
I was just accepted to Concord's part-time LVN program, starting November-2010.Any recent/past graduates care to share their experience and or tips. I am curious to know about their connection and if it is possible to get hired after graduation, passing NCLEX ect. I have heard mixed reviews about this school in the past and honestly, I shopped around and I was impressed by this school and I felt quite comfortable there. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :redbeathe
Hi there ttorres,
I was considering attending North Hollywood's Concorde LVN program possibly within this new year. I was wondering if you ended up enjoying Concordes program? I went there today and met with an administrator and they broke down numbers for me. The programs cost gave me a minor heart attack (lol). I just want to make sure this is a smart move to take. I'm currently on a waiting list for an RN program near my area and thought this would be a great move while I wait. Any information back is greatly appreciated!
