Concerns of a pregnant nurse

I recently found out that I am only a few weeks pregnant (for the first time!) and I work in an ICU where we get many interventional radiology patients. These are patients how have had an IVC filter placement, angiograms, embolizations, aneurysm coilings, etc. I want to know how safe it is for me to care for patients who have recently had contrast media. And if it is unsafe, how long should I wait to care for these patients? I believe contrast media has a pretty short half life- but I am unsure at what point it is safe for me to be around. Also I'm concerned about what infections to avoid. Is there anything besides shingles, CMV, and TB that I should really avoid? Or any drugs (besides chemo) that I should avoid? Any words of wisdom would be appreciated! Thank you.
