I am creating this thread for those who have applied to Compton College and El Camino ADN for the Fall 2023 cohort

Everyone check your Compton emails. I just got my acceptance letter today!

I just found this thread today!

I got accepted into EL Camino College nursing Program. I am talking about the Torrance Campus. I received my acceptance letter on April 26 at 4PM. 
Here are my stats:

Overall GPA 3.5

Science GPA 4.0

TEAS Exam score 94%

I also got  points for having my Bachelors degree.

No experience in the medical field

A friend of mine who got her acceptance letter from EL CO in Torrance on April 26 had the following stats:

3.8 Overall GPA

3.7 Science GPA

Overall TEAS Score of 78

She also got points for being a certified Medical Assistant with more than enough hours.

She doesn't have her degree.

Another friend of mine didn't get her acceptance letter from EL CO in Torrance till May 9. Here are the stats for my friend who got her acceptance on May 9.

3.7 overall GPA

3.4 Science GPA

Overall TEAS Score of 78

She has her AA degree so she got points for that.

She does NOT have any medical experience.

A friend of mine got her letter on April 28 from EL CO in Torrance. Her stats were her stats:

3.4 overall GPA 

3.4 science GPA

Overall TEAS score of 85

She got points for being a CNA with more than enough hours.

She did NOT have her degree

Correction to this post that I made earlier. This particular friend of mine did receive her acceptance letter from EL Camino in Torrance on May 9.

 

Please disregard where I accidentally said she didn't. That was a typo.
