Complete Health History Assignment

Hi, I'm doing an assignment where /i have to turn in a complete health history for someone and there are a couple of places on this assignment that I have no idea what to write. It asks about the physical environment and the psychosocial environment. These are the two areas that were not talked about in my book and I don't know what questions to ask or what to write in this area. Also, for the characteristic patterns of daily living do I just ask what their daily routine is or is there something I need to ask/ write here?
