I am looking for some competency test for home health RN and LVN and also the same for a skilled nursing facility. Need suggestions on where to find the material

Well, bone up on the topics. I wrote many of the tests ("evaluation tools") for the topics needing covering from the study materials the staff were provided with (usually written by me, on the level that they needed to be proficient, whether CNA, LPN, or RN). The P&P was revised at the same time to be consistant with how our institution agreed each skill should be expected to be performed, and this was included in the staff's preparatory packet.

I suppose that books of policy/procedures can be purchased, but the institution I was at did not want to go that way.
