I live in VIRGINIA and my Lic is from MD. Since both MD and VA are compact states do I still need to endorse my Lic to work in VA ?

Yes. If you move to a new compact state you need to contact that state's BON and apply for endorsement in your new home state.
A multistate license doesn't mean you have 30+ separate state licenses. It means you have one license from the state that your primary residence in but you can practice in 30+ states. If you lived in MD, you'd have a MD license. If you move to VA, you need VA endorsement.
