i would like to know if i could do distance learning to become a nurse, i am teerified of exams.
i did two years of my nursing degree ,did not fail 1 thing and at the end of year 2 we had to do our finals which i failed 3 times. my heart so much wanted to be a qualified nurse, but my dream is slowly fading in front of my eyes i have days when i cry all the time.
i hope there is some1 who can advice me because its what i have wanted for a long time they told me i can try and go back to uni but would have to reapply and do the 2 years over again and they said that i may not get back in.

Hound I have moved your post to the UK forums as by the fact your a healthcare support worker I assume you are UK based.
There would be no way I know of to do your basic nursing degree via distance learning, you would need to do the full university course to gain qualification as a registered nurse in the UK.
You will need to do the whole course again as you didn't pass the course you studied, did you get any feedback or advice to help support you for the next time. It may well be that you would be unsuccessful in further applications because you have already failed one course. I am really sorry I know this is not what you wanted to hear but unfortunately the reality is you were not able to complete the course. I realise that you say it is the pressure of exams but nursing puts you under tremendous pressure much of the time so it is important to be able to deal with this stressors and function effectively in the best interests of your patients.
Good luck please let us know how you get on
