Can we wear joggers (scrubs)? And what type of shoes are required? Do we have to wear scrubs to lecture/labs on campus?

You need a 75% exam average to pass the class. It is only if you have a 75% exam average that other grades (papers, etc.) will be added in to get your final grade. Your final grade must also be a 75%. If you have a 74.9999999999999 exam average, they will not round up.  It is a fail.  If you have a 74.9999999999999 final grade average, they will not round up.  It is a fail.  Yes, people have had a 74.9% and failed. The program lets you fail one class that has a clinical component, which is every class except two 1 credit classes (professionalism 1 and 2).  Fail a second clinical class and you are kicked out of the program.

Clinical sites for Essex evening weekend have been mainly Good Sam, Mercy, Bayview, Franklin Square.  The school will send a link for you to purchase school specific scrubs from a specific vendor.  I would recommend spending a little more and getting the top with pockets.  The bottoms are standard Cherokee scrub pants you can get on amazon, just make sure you pick the exact correct color if you choose to purchase outside of the vendor they provide.  You can pick your shoes, but they must be FULLY white.  Scrubs are required for lab and clinical.  Not required for lecture.
