Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) Fall 2022

Published

Hi!

I'm starting this thread for anyone who is applying to CCBC (Community College of Baltimore County) for the Fall of 2022.

This will be my THIRD and absolutely LAST time applying here. I met with an advisor, got lots of info, and am retaking the TEAS next week.

Feel free to join me here ?

They added it about a month ago

There is a form for your medical provider to complete for the N-95. Then you have to upload it to Castlebranch. There is a mandatory orientation on August 19th to get fitted at CCBC for your mask. They want us to do it through them.

Has anyone been accepted then you had to give up your seat for some reason? How did the process go and did you get accepted again?

I had a friend who was accepted, started and then got really sick from Covid and couldn’t continue. They made her reapply like a new student.

I’m in the evening/weekend program and it looks so time consuming. I’m going to try to complete the first semester and then possibly ask for a “transfer” to one of the other programs within CCBC. Usually they have space due to people dropping or failing. Not sure if this is an option for you.

I decided not to accept the day offer ?. I’ll apply again in the fall for the night and weekend program. I’m thinking I may not of made the right decision. ?‍♀️

Did you ask if there was any space in the evening/weekend for this upcoming cohort?

I did and they said it was full

Anyone in Catonsville day program know how we are supposed to sign up for our lab times today at noon?

OK thank you

Is the link going to be where the courses are? In student nurse connection ?

Evening/weekend. Classes are generally tues/thurs with 2 semesters also having a 1 credit course on Wednesdays.  Clinicals are weekends.

I just was accepted to the Spring 2023 blended program do you know what the schedule is for the blended program?

How is everyone finding the program to be? Im hoping to enter the LPN-RN program in the Summer for the bridge course and then start with nursing concepts 2 in the fall. Are you able to work while in the program? How is the intensity?
