Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) - Catonsville Day Spring 2022

I am starting this for all of us who are starting in the nursing program at CCBC Catonsville Day program Spring 2022.  Hoping that we can share info & support each other on this journey!

Yes exactly what I thought too! So now that I see a test for dosage & pharm is so confusing… I just got my physical & titre tests. I got my drug test & background test done the week after orientation and got the results 2 days after I had them done so don’t stress about that too much. My stress is that dosage exam & the physical/titre test .

The drug test results took a couple days for me to get. I walked into a lab corps without an appointment as soon as they opened. The background took about 2 days. I’m stressing over the exam and also my physical. I went to get my physical done on the 21st and it’s been a struggle getting the results from the NP I went to. They never answer their phones. They say they’ll contact me back and they never do.

Has anyone taken the CHEM placement test/quiz? It says you need and average of 80% to take CHEM 131 ? Are we going to have to take CHEM 131?

So I found the dosage and pharm tests and I was reading and it said it was for students N160 and above? I'm going to go to the school and ask because maybe it doesnt apply to us?

Let us know because I feel like we’re all confused because during orientation they said the 2nd week of the semester & If its the 10th im so not ready

I was just at my orientation for ATB and someone did ask about that Dosage and Pharm tests that are coming up and those tests are not for us they are for upper level classes coming back in for their Spring semester.

I’m pretty sure the dosage tests are for us but pharm is not that’s for another semester. I’m in the hybrid program and have already been studying for the dosage. It’s 4 chances to take the dosage test this semester. You must pass by the 4th chance

Are first dosage test isn’t until the second week of the semester not the dosage and pharm tests that is coming up on 1/10 and so on

Has anyone received their book store credit from financial aid yet? If you are in the ATB do we have to wait for the University to send the money first and then we can use that?

Hi all, I recently got accepted to ccbc day program . I know this is an old thread but can you guys give me a little bit of input about what this program will cost me ? LOL I applied for the atb with Frostburg for reference .
