Communication Difficulties among Filipino RNs?

hi! this question is addressed to filipino nurses in the us/uk. have u experienced any communication and language difficulties at work during your first months of working in the us/uk?

im filipino but i was born here. in my short and somewhat sweet experience in nursing, i havent had any communication difficulties with any filipino nurses that came from the philipines. and i dont speak tagalog either, well i do but i just dont for some reason. just as long as they know how to speak basic english, there should be no problem what so ever.
