OK. I remember reading something about having to be a resident of PA before you start school. I was sure if I interpreted that correctly. Is it true?

Just got my interview invite! I went to the info session in Jan and someone asked them how to prepare and their response was to just be yourself? My assumption is that it's probably an EI based interview but there are 2 phases so phase 2 might be more clinical? Anyone know or hear anything about past interview processes
