I am trying to find a chart that shows common metric equilivants for intake and output. For instance: How many mls is in a popsicle, jello, etc. Anyone have a link that would help me? Thanks, Kellyhutch

The hospitals that I did clinicals at had a sheet that had these that dietary put out. I would think that some would be different depending were you were.

best i can tell you is that:

5 mls = 1 teaspoon

15 mls = 1 tablespoon

30 mls = 1 ounce

therefore multiply the number of ounces by 30 to get your ml's. i've got no idea about popsicles and jello though.
