Columbus Tech Spring 2020

Hi, I wanted to start a forum for the students applying to Columbus Tech for their and program in Spring of 2020. Has anyone else turned in their packet?

I did. What is your gpa? Pre nln score?
I scored a 138 and gpa is 3.7

My GPA is a 3.2 and my nln score is a 147.

Great! I guess we will find out in December. Good luck!

I applied also. Is anyone applying as a bridge student. Can't wait to find out. Just weeks away!

I'm not applying as a bridge student, but good luck to us all! I think calls go out in two weeks!

Is anyone else feeling excited/nervous ?! Hopefully calls go out next week

I’m feeling super excited! I hope they go out next week as well!

Has anyone started getting calls yet?? This anxiety is killing me.... Also, anyone else for the bridge program?

No call yet. Not sure if it’s true, but I ran into a classmate yesterday who said calls go out today. I will let you all know if I hear anything!

Mrs. Striblin told me in October that once grades post December 10th, they will start making calls the week of December 15th (it would be nice if they can call sooner). The nursing department no longer does the ranking; it is done by the registers office.

If you score in the 99 percentile on the NLN and have a gpa close to 3.5, you should be considered very competitive.
Good luck to everyone and happy holidays!!

Grades posted December 4th. I’m pretty sure calls for all program goes out this week, but time will tell. So far I only know of one person scoring in the 99th percentile on the nln. I scored in the 97th percentile. How did everyone else do?

I believe on the packet or receipt, it stated we would be notified after December 10th. I am just going by what the director told me.
