Columbia MDE with 3.0 undergrad GPA? Does anyone feel comfy sharing stats?

Is it possible to get into Columbia's masters direct entry program with a 3.0 GPA? I had debilitating undiagnosed ADHD in undergrad and I've gotten much better at managing it now. My prereq GPA is 3.75

I was wondering if anyone felt comfortable sharing stats or tips? I also plan on applying to NYU's ABSN program.

I don't know Columbia MDE's specific admission criteria/metrics but I do believe all of these direct-entry or ABSN programs place more importance on the prereq GPA since that's both more recent and relevant. (Or so I tell myself). I'm in the peculiar camp of people who don't have undergrad GPAs---my alma mater does narrative evaluations instead of grades. (If I had to guess, I'd predict my undergrad equivalent GPA was around 2.9-3.1 too) My debilitating ADHD was diagnosed back in grade school ?  and my prereq GPA is 4.0 so I'm in the same boat as you. Currently trying to get to as close as a 170 as possible on the GRE Verbal to compensate for all of the... 'fun' I had in undergrad.

My question to you is---how you do plan on paying for either of those programs? Genuinely. Are you from a well-to-do family or planning to do one of the gov. loan-reimbursement deals? I'll be combing through every school-specific direct-entry post in the next few months to see which schools are more generous with their grant aid than others (people post about their grant aid or lack thereof quite a lot). I've heard good things about MGI-IHP, UoR and underwhelming things about Yale and Columbia (seriously they have zero excuse for being stingy, they both have endowments larger than the GDP of many small nations).

DEFINITELY not from a well to do family. That would be nice though. I attended a recent Columbia info session and they did say they're very generous with scholarships. I plan on applying for the gov. loan reimbursement deal. I have a tiny bit of a nest egg from running my own business in my early 20s and being a bit of a workaholic, LOL.
