DEFINITELY not from a well to do family. That would be nice though. I attended a recent Columbia info session and they did say they're very generous with scholarships. I plan on applying for the gov. loan reimbursement deal. I have a tiny bit of a nest egg from running my own business in my early 20s and being a bit of a workaholic, LOL.

I have a 3.0 GPA (I messed around in college) and a 3.82 prereq GPA. I'm really nervous I won't get into any of the ABSN programs I apply to in NYC/surrounding area. My top choices are NYU, Pace, and Columbia but I'll be applying everywhere within the area. My partner needs to move for his job in the Spring which is why my preference is NYC.

Is it possible to get into Columbia's masters direct entry program with a 3.0 GPA? I had debilitating undiagnosed ADHD in undergrad and I've gotten much better at managing it now. My prereq GPA is 3.75 I was wondering if anyone felt comfortable sharing stats or tips? I also plan on applying to NYU's ABSN program.
