Columbia DNP/NYP-CU RN?

Does anyone know if being an NYP-employed nurse is helpful when applying to the dnp programs at Columbia? We occasionally receive e-mails about the case management MS program with the footnote that NYP nurses will have preferential treatment with their applications.

Just curious if anyone in the CU/NYP world has ever overheard any gossip along these lines... :) thanks!
