Hey Maribel! I did take the CNA class for additional points, although I wished they'd give the extra points for CNA licenses received elsewhere as I have been a CNA for 8 years. However, if you haven't had the chance to do the CNA program, (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME), the prof/instructor for the course, is very knowledgeable and the class was surprisingly a lot of fun! I was grumpy having to retake a CNA class, but she made it worth it to where I'm glad I had to! ? definitely not something I expected out of that experience.
Thats awesome, I was praying I didn’t have to take it and fork out the extra 1600$. But I will be completing it in the fall. My index score was 26.34 and that got me to the top 10 waitlist. I highly doubt so many people from CBC will not choose CBC since it’s such a sought out program and I believe most of people that got in have this CBC CNA certificate completed.
I am finishing up Chemistry series but will be applying to WSU.
Yes, I agree how frustrating it can be when you already have one CNA certificate to have to complete another!

Going off what previous students have said for other years, they got an email first and a physical letter a few weeks later. Congratulations though! I'm so excited and nervous for the program to start!

Maribel, Yes I got the extra points for having my CNA through tritech. One of my friends got accepted to wsu and cbc so she declined cbc so I know there’s a spot open. Hope you get in!

Does anybody know when we will hear back on if we were accepted into the nursing program at CBC? Any information is appreciated! My applicant score is in the low 28s, and I'm super nervous! Really hoping we find out soon!!
