Just out of curiosity, I tried to look it up on the internet but found nothing. Your board recommendations sound very similar to the way Florida operates. I got a 2 year license suspension and 5 years. But, I was also going through Cancer/Chemo at the time my final agreement was signed. I liked to think they were being kind in knowing that it would be a while before I was up to taking on my license reinstatement, but probably not.
They only thing I can say is that by having an attorney you are way ahead of the game. I have seen a few DUIs get off with shorter contracts, but for the most part drugs: weed, opiates and the like, as well as garden variety alcoholics get the big FIVE!

Has anyone had experience with PAS in Colorado? I just got a letter from the BON recommending a 3 month license suspension with 5 years of PAS involvement, which seems to be a little long to me. My attorney is going to talk to me about it tomorrow, just wondering if anyone else has any experience with it in Colorado. Im wondering what to expect.
