Colonoscopy and drug test

Hi! I just got offered an interview for a job. I am having a colonoscopy next week where I will be receiving midazolam and propofol for sedation. I have to take a drug test for this job soon. Most likely it will be after the procedure. What is the procedure for that? Will it come up positive? Do I need a note from my doctor? Thank you!

the benzo might show up, but a note from the doctor would take care of that. The propofol will not show up.
