Does anyone know about T3NO?

I know it's a 3rd stage of colon cancer, but what T or NO really stand for or they just come like that?

= tumor

= the stage of the cancer

n
= refers to lymph node involvement

0
(that is the number 0, not the letter o) = the number of lymph nodes the cancer has metastasized to
