Colleges offering A&P I & II combined in one class semester

There's a university in my area that offers A&P I & II combined in one class/semester. Is anyone enrolled in course like this? If so, is it a lot of cramming involved?

I took a class like this. It was A&P I the first half of the Spring semester and A&P II the second half of the Spring semester. I had lab MWF and lecture TR (class was everyday for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours!). It was very stressful and there was so much information. I made fairly good grades in both courses but I had to study constantly. The drop rate was VERY high. By the end of the course a little more than half of the class was gone.

If you have the time and the desire, you can do it!
