College of Staten Island (CSI) CUNY - How is the nursing program?

Hello! I am currently a freshman at Binghamton University planning to transfer (Due to covid and financial reasons) into CSI for next semester for Spring 2021 and I am interested in their nursing program. I was thinking of Hunter or city tech but I heard Hunter is really competitive and city tech has a messy nursing program. So I was wondering how are the professors/ classes at csi? How supportive is the nursing program department?

No it doesn’t work. I see some ppl did, cuz it showed how many seats are already taken.

I checked that too.. seems to be like about 4/5 people have registered. Everyone I know who got in is having troubles, they never replied to me email. I’ll check back with you in four hours LOL

As I understood nursing homes, where we probably can’t even go due to COVID. Did you manage to get classes?

Wait nursing homes? I thought we can pick clinicals at hospitals or are we not doing that due to COVID? They emailed me saying they have to manually enter it because it is not working

Hey guys! I just got into CSI nursing program for Spring 2021. I had an NLN of 130 and a 3.75 GPA! 

Also, I emailed them as well because I got into 115 but not 110 it kept saying I have not met pre reqs. They said registrar will do it manually hopefully by the end of today it gets updated. Nursing homes and hospitals weren't allowing the students to do clinical last semester but maybe it changed?
