Hi there!
I’m so sorry that this is such a delayed response, but I just wanted to get back to you about your questions that you had regarding CSS’ PBN program! I’m a current student in the Post-Bac program at the St. Cloud, MN, campus.
The admissions process was fairly straight forward: once I applied, all of the applicants in my cycle had to wait roughly two months from the application deadline date to hear back about admissions decisions. I applied for a May start, and I found out that I was accepted in the first week of January (since applications were due at the beginning of November).
My pre-req GPA was 3.54, and I had all of the pre-reqs completed when I submitted my app except for Lifespan/Developmental Psych.
Let me know if you have any other questions! Hopefully you’ve heard back from the admissions committee by now since you said that you applied for Duluth’s May 2020 cohort!
Best of luck to you! ?

Hi there,
Can you tell me how the program is so far? I just got accepted to start in May cohort in St.Cloud? What's the schedule like for lab days/simulations?

Hi there!
The admission requirements for the school of nursing itself at CSS didn't have any drug testing requirements. That said, if you ever were to be placed at a CentraCare clinic or hospital location around the St. Cloud, MN, area, they would require you to pass a drug test prior to any rotations with them. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the response! My friends wonders if they know about if this is the same for DNP...

Hi all ?
Any students / recent graduates out there from St. Scholastica's Post-Baccalaureate Nursing Program, in either Duluth or St. Cloud? I will be applying for the Duluth May 2020 start date this fall. I am interested in hearing about the admission process and pre-req GPA's of those accepted into the program, if willing to share. Also, how many pre-req classes were completed when your application was submitted?
Any other additional thoughts about the program would also be appreciated. What do job prospects currently look like post graduation in the Duluth area?
Thanks in advance!
