I stopped by the Angela building to drop off my Health form where I was informed the Nursing Department has a similar called Health Assessment form which will be sent by email in the next Steps where we will have to upload by ImmuniTrax which includes background check, Physical, & Drug test etc. I was also given a number to get the Basic Life support & Basic first Aid class done which the school uses, you also need Flu vaccine.

NurseFaith23 Thanks so much so sharing, I would have filled out the other health form. It's good you went you got a lot of information. Thanks! you guys are all great. Team work =) Do you know where and how much the Basic Life support & Basic first Aid class is by any chance?

Hey everyone, I'm a little late to the party...but I was also recently accepted to the fall program. Congrats to everyone here!

Aside from getting an acceptance letter & placing my deposit I have not received any information on the next steps.

From what I have been told by the admissions

office (this past Thursday) they are focusing on the incoming students for the summer program & with send out information for the fall students in a month or so.

I've have been training to reach Collen as well. She handles the admissions for the second degree nursing programs. However she had been out sick lately.

I have attached a link I found from last years "check list". I have no clue if any of the information will change but atleast it will give you and idea of what you should be doing

@Les19 I don't have the information on me at the moment but I will gladly put it up for you. Yes indeed we have to try to help each other as much as we can. We still have to send in the Health form they sent in the package that's for the school. This is what the Health Assessment form looks like for the Nursing Department. Hi congrats to you all I also got accepted into the fall 2017 program as transfer student for the individual track I got my letter and paid my deposit but havnt heard anything since I called and all they told me was orientation but havnt received any health form etheir also is anybody starting clincals this fall ? I can't start till spring because clinical are filled for fall can't wait to meet you guysss so excited í ½í¸Ší ½í¸Ší ½í¸Š
