College of New Rochelle Fall 2016

Hey all! I am currently applying to CNR Individualized program for Fall 2016. Does anyone know how long it takes to hear a response back from CNR? I'm so excited to find out my results! Anyone else applying?

the class that needs to be assigned is the clinical. and that will be monday, friday, or saturday. and it looks like we won't get to choose. which stinks a little.

Oh cool so we have 4 classes the first semester and one clinical. Things have change i was told different that they show you a list and you pick where to go except if they are full.

yep we will take health assessment and lab, foundations of nursing, pharmacology, dosage calc, and cultural issues in health care along with the clinical. it looks like only the first semester is when we can't pick. going forward we will probably be able to choose!

They said the curriculum is new. This semester the clinicals will begin in October and most likely take place at a rehab facility. She said they will try their best to put people in facilities near their homes but it's not guaranteed and all shifts will almost definitely be 7am-1pm.

She also said that for the other semesters they are implementing a new system where we can put in our top three choices for clinical placements when we register online and they will try to accommodate us.

nursinghopeful5 - you will need to call ahead and order the name tag from the place in pelham. he doesn't make it right away. you order then can pick it up the next day. try to call first so you don't have to take multiple trips.

i went for registration yesterday. it was very easy.

couple of things i learned - we DO NOT have to wear our uniforms on the first day of class like the sheet says. you can confirm again but we can wear regular clothes to class.

clinicals will be either monday, friday, or saturday and we will most likely not be able to choose where we go.

5 books and 3 access code.yes only for fall.

Hello can some one direct me how to upload the health assessment form?

Once it's completely filled out scan it into your computer and save the document. Then you just click upload on the immunitrax website where prompted and choose the correct file.
