Hello everyone,
I just submitted my application last
week for the Spring 2018 ADN program at college of the mainland. I'm so nervous, my overall point is 840. I can't wait to get accepted, I just pray they don't make mistakes. If you are also applying please comment, you can comment about your points too.
Those in the nursing program already, please how is the program like? I'm so nervous. I heard the lowest they accepted for last semester was 760, I hope it is lower this time around. I called the school and I was told that they have a lot of applicants.
Where can I find cheap apartment close to the school. I wanna start searching for an apartment in texas city.
If that is an accurate GPA then your GPA points would be 344 then you just add your TSI points, 15 points for a "B" science grade and 20 points for an "A" science grade, and lastly add (I believe) 10 points for your associate degree. Sooo it looks like your overall score would be 763
Thank you so much! Now it's a waiting game I wish you luck!!!
My overall score is 731. I know that the lowest score last round was 760 but I would never know if I didn't try. Plus, I will apply for the LVN program to start Spring 2018 if I don't get in to the ADN. MY score is more competitive for the LVN program than for the ADN program.
don't worry you 'll get in. The cut off for the last two rounds was 734 and people with score as low as 728 got in. stay positive. They accept more student during spring semester
For the last application period it only took a week (after the deadline) for them to update webadvisor of those who were accepted or not. So hopefully in the next few days. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with affordable apartments in the area. Have you tried the ones near the college? Not sure what your budget would be.

Oh well, it will definitely be out before the end of next week. Let's say $500-800 one bedroom apartment . What is your overall point when you calculated it?

Thank you @Maryebele29 I appreciate the encouragement. Just hoping we know something next week. They have some nice apartments right as you come around the bridge from 45 Houston. Idk the name but they are nice.
