Has anyone gotten accepted yet? If we don't hear back today, I am going to call on Monday. I understand a delay because of COVID-19, but we were told we would hear back in approximately 1-2 weeks after October 1st. It is now the end of the month, and I am getting really impatient. If I get accepted I have to move from California to Texas by the start of the semester. I need this time to plan. This is crazy.

I was accepted in the fall. Our schedule is class 3 times a week. I only have 3 classes to do because I have so many classes already done like lifespan. Our lectures are around 8am and last till 10 am. We have care plans due usually every other week and we have pharmacology modules, HESI RN patient modules and nursing 4.0 modules due every week. We also have ATI modules and documentation things due. It is a lot of work so I would just let yall know that this is not easy by any means.

Also your clinical is dependent on what group you get placed with. My clinical group meets on Monday's in the morning.

After you request access and verify you submitted your HESI and have all items checked off, they grant it to you, there’s a 24-48 hr wait to upload documents by 5pm on the application deadline.

I did request it like a week before. But 24 hours the advisor decided to check me off. That was ridiculous. I explained when I requested the nursing portal that I was granted access like 2 hours before. Even tough I requested it. I’m looking at 2 more schools now. One accepted me already but really want to stay in the other one close to Texas.

So classes are 3 x a week 8am-10am and clinical as well? I’m asking bc I plan to work. I know it’s not ideal but at my job I can study as well.

yes that is what we do. I work over 40 hours a week and it is not ideal either but it is possible.
