I'm getting ready to apply at college of the desert for spring 2018 and was seeing if anyone else was and their thoughts on the application? I heard it's very competitive and I'm getting ready to take my teas and hoping for 62 points total depending on the teas. Where is everyone else at? Are the nerves getting to you yet? Lol

Good Luck on your TEAS!
I applied last fall for spring 2017 and did not get in, I applied to other schools spring 2017 for fall and did not get in. trying again this semester with positive thoughts! I applied to chaffey and RCC and will be applying to MSJC. I noticed this semester they changed the point system and now they allow up to two science repeats within the last 7 years. If that is true I will be going in with 75 points.

Hi,
Good luck getting into the program. Any idea as to when they will start sending out responses?
From my experience last year I received a(n) email November 3rd. So it could be around the same time this year as well.

Hi, yesterday I received a provisional acceptance email from COD. But I'm still waiting for another program near my house. So maybe I'll deny it.

I got in to COD as well! I'm an LVN going into N2, I'm super nervous! Did you get into the other program as well?
I'm very nervous about going into N2 at COD this Spring...I know it's going to be a lot of work. Hope you did ok on the TEAS 6, the grammer and the math to me was the hardest.

Hello desertchica,
Did you apply anywhere else? I am also an LVN and I will be applying to MSJC this fall. Super freaked out about the TEAS 6. Was it very competitive at COD? How much longer will you have left once you start? I don't know what the different N2 and so on mean. Sorry for all the questions, just very eager and excited to apply. Thank you in advance =)
