cohortiing pts infecton control

i am having difficulty cohorting pt . there are some options in the multiple choice that is not the same disease so how do you know which pt to be in the same room .e.g mrsa the optios available has no pts with mrsa so which other pt can i put in the same room with the mrsa pt.infection control is my weakness pls help me understand
