I guess this is self explanatory... what does your hospital do to tell the difference between twin A & B when they are co-bedding?

We do not co-bed. That way no confusion on anyones part

If I have a set of twins that are cobedding, I unwrap them and check the ID band so I know whom to label, then put a piece of tape with 'A' or 'B' as appropriate on their blanket, so while they're lying there I can see who's who.
I don't expect someone who comes behind me to take my word for it. It's just so I know for my shift. If Mom wants to keep them labeled that's her choice.
