cnn poll on Nursing errors.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know there is a "quick Vote" CNN poll going on right now about what causes RN's to make errors. The choices are mandatory overtime, incompetence, budget cuts, or shortage of qualified staff. Interesting that 44% have picked the shortage.
