Hello, anyone else applying for the CNL program spring 2018? My application is complete and ready for review. Just wanted to see where everyone else is at..

I'm taking my prereqs at Montgomery College. Fall 2017 should be my last semester of prereqs.

I am taking Chemistry and Microbio at pgcc. Is micro a tough course? I've never taken this class but if anyone could give me some at advice or a lil overview of what to expect it would help a sister. Thx

Hello! I took the majority of my prerequisites at PGCC. Some were repeats due to time and the others were first time classes.

Do you know who your professor will be? Try to get Professor Rollins if possible. I had him and his class wasn't very difficult. Plus he has a great personality.

Hard or easy is based on a number of factors....your interest in the content, the professor, etc. I did micro this summer and got an A. But I believe I had the best professor. The content is mostly about bacteria and viruses, how they develop, how they spread, how we protect ourselves from them...the immune system, antibiotics, etc..... anything along that line. Like all the major science subjects you have to read and commit to it. For me the content was very interesting and my professor was very helpful so I really enjoyed to course. It was fascinating to see how these tiny microscopic organisms could be so organized and behave as though they have senses like us human beings lol. I loved it....lol
