My program just started in June and is in its first year. Originally they were going to have us take the NCLEX after 16 months of the RN coursework and then we would finish up with 6 months of the MSN coursework. But now they've changed it and are making us wait until we've completed everything. None of us are happy about this, especially since we'll have finished all of our RN coursework six months before even sitting for the NCLEX.

MemphisTiger, I am a first year CNL student and my program has us take the NCLEX after graduation (December). Previous graduates have taken it immediately upon graduation while others have waited a few months before taking it.
I believe that our programs our set up differently though. We come in with a 4 year degree and graduate with a masters in 16 months. Our grad courses are taken along with the all the clinic, lab, and theory classes.
