CNE Audit in KS

Has anyone ever been audited for CNE in KS? If you can't come up with 30 approved credit hours what could be the disciplinary action?

In my state (MA) we have to e-sign an attestation that we have completed the number of CEs when we're renewing our licenses; there is the possibility of spot audits by the Board. Did you say you'd done them but hadn't, or just not "said" anything at all?
