CNA wondering if anyone has worked in these LTC facilitys in Gray & Church Hill Area

i'm a in the process of being a cna currently finishing up clinicals and starting to look for a job. i have my state board test on april 5th but pretty much anywhere around here will hire you before you get your certification for anywhere between a couple weeks and four months! i'm looking at two ltc facility very closly right now, church hill health care & rehab center or life care center of gray. they both look very good and i've heard good things, in my opionion of the facilitys theirselves life care center looks a lot better. has anyone worked at either of these? can you tell me the base rate of pay for a new cna and your expirence, did you like it? what did you or didn't you like?

anyone else work at any ltc facilitys within 20 miles of kingsport and had a good expirence with the place! =) i really want to find a ltc facility i'll be happy with
