Hello,Check out sacrop.org They offer CNA classes free. You only pay for the book. Good Luck.
Thank you!
I am moving to Sacramento and am starting my prereqs for the nursing program this month.
Though I'm a licensed EMT and phlebotomist, due to a surgery I need to have done (bunion surgery), I'm wanting to do a clerical job until I'm recovered. I pretty much can't work on my feet until I have the surgery.
I am going to check out sacrop.org's medical terminology program... thanks!

I'm currently a pre-nursing student in Sacramento, and while doing pre-reqs, I am hoping to get my Nursing Assistant Certificate. I wouldn't be able to beat the experience and income that it'll provide me, considering I'm still a college student!
For those CNAs in Sacramento, or those who are currently doing CNA training, where did you/are you taking your CNA training?
I know that American River College offers 3 month training, but their schedule will conflict with my school schedule on Tuesdays.
Any info would be great!
