hi im new to this app. i live in hammond indiana n im trying to be a CNA Program that is free. Can anybody help me out please?

lanisha69: Some local nursing homes offer free nurse aide courses. In exchange you agree to work for them. Try there first. Good luck.

Lanisha....Try finding a nursing home that offers the class. Some nursing homes offer the class and employ you once you are certified. Guaranteed Job!!
hey i stay by the border and northwest indiand too and i wanted to go to school for nursing but right now im trying to get a CNA program in hammond, indiana n then go to school for nursing

I too live on the border of Illinois and Indiana and I got my CNA in Illinois first but also had to take a test in Indiana to have one there too. I have completed the ADN since then and I am working as a nurse in Indiana. My suggestion to you is get the CNA license in the state that you are working or going to school in or just get both!!! Good Luck!!

Have anybody heared of a place called bestmedcare in dolton,illinois? I wanted to do a cna program there n do my lpn there too. So i wanted to know is the class hard. I have a family to take care. A husband n two kids.
