CNA starting wages - Tampa Bay FL area hospitals

I'm posting this both in the CNA board and the Florida board in hopes that someone can help.

Can anyone give me an idea of starting wages and shift differentials for hospitals in the St Pete / Tampa / Clearwater FL areas? I'm really interested in the Morton Plant group because they have a strong educational setup for moving into nursing, but would be interested in hearing about others as well.

I'm looking to make a career change, and I know I'm looking at a pretty substantial pay cut, but am wondering if I can make up some of the difference in OT / shift differentials by working overnights.

If you know of any of the starting wages for CNA work in the hospitals in this area, please let me know.
