I've noticed a huge turnover in CNAs at the places I've seen and I'm not surprised... it's right at the top of my list of jobs that is grossly undercompensated for the labor it requires and its importance.I wonder if people are thinking that the same thing will go for CNAs as well? Or do you think instead of 30 residents they just will make us take on 60 and say we can do it because they can't afford to hire anyone, and after all our job is not all that difficult right.
I think a good CNA will never want for a job though the body will limit longevity.
