I have no idea what you are talking about - what are pink slips? (only time I've heard that term is in reference to some one being fired, but this doesn't sound like your situation).

If you've completed classes and taken the state exam, it takes a little bit of time to show up on the registry. How long varies from place to place. If you are concerned, you can always call which ever agency or department is in charge of CNA certification and ask them how long it is currently taking to process applications.

Oh I was talking about the pink slips that come with the state CNA manual for classes the sign off sheets

I guess things really vary a lot between states when it comes to CNA certification and training. My state doesn't have pink slips or time tracking or anything. Just an attestation form from the program that I'd completed all program requirements and that the program meets all state requirements.

Hope you hear back about certification soon!
