While the additional training and certifications will make work easier however depending on the position and employer it won't get you higher pay. From my experience are higher you for this position and give you little to nothing that is not required for that position.
As for employment or employment location the extra certifications will give you more choices along with giving you an advantage in getting hired. For example, assisted living may require medication aide certification so having the preferred qualifications will help with getting the position.

Hey guys, I have a question that I've been trying to find an answer to and came acrossed this website for hopefully some help, I recently completed a CNA program, I take state testing in a couple of weeks, the location I completed
the program at also has a phlebotomist program, as well as a medication aide program, Would there be (I know it really depends on the employemnt location) any value (Wage/Salary/employment location) if I had certs in all three? or basically the same as if I only had my CNA cert? I know one or two pays more then the other, but would there be any highlight to get all three?
Thanks.
