I am just wondering, anyone know the pay for a starting CNA in Hawaii?

Also, it is better to work home health or a hospital? I am trying to have flexible hours around my school schedule!

Although I know, I ahve heard CNA's don't make much money, I feel it is really rude to ask first thing (although it is a very important factor), What is the salary?

I want to kind of be prepared for when I hear the shocking news...Copy%20of%20wink.gif

Thanks

well it depends on where you work...the salary ranges from $10 to $13/ hr for a new CNA...hospitals do pay more bcos of the shift differential while home care don't.......however, home care are more flexible bcos u can do whatever hrs u want , while the hospital gives you more clinical experience and might retain you after you are done with your nurisng education..anyway, hope this will be helpful and wishing all the best :nuke:
