CNA in LTC and hospital

I know it's not easy to find a CNA job in a hospital, please answer those questions if you can. Thanks.

1. Would working in a LTC increase your chance of getting into a hospital?

2. How long did you have to work in LTC before you made the transition to hospital?

3. Let's say you work at this LTC for 3-6 months, can you ask your supervisor to provide a reference while you apply to jobs at a hospital?

Well I was lucky enough to get my first job in a hospital as my very first CNA job. But I do have a friend thats working in LTC right now and they oly been working in LTC for a couple of months and they're getting jobb interviews at the hospital so it is possible to get a job at a hospital with just a couple m onts expirience in LTC.

That's good to know. I have nothing against LTC but I want to learn more and more diverse skills. I will try hospitals after a few months. Thanks!
