Are they looking for a years experience as CNA or in health care? Being a MA will should count a bit as experience. I would highlight job tasks in the resume that would cross over to being a CNA. (ie. time management)
Otherwise look into the nursing homes. It's not the most glamorous job (what CNA job is?), but it will allow you to get your toes wet.
Best of luck!

There is a guy in our class that I *think* not sure is working at a hospital as a patient care tech. I'm not sure if those are the correct words. Please nobody hold me too that statement. After he gets done with class he will get to be a CNA but the difference will be the pay. I think he will get more once he gets certified.

I was wondering how to work on my resume, too. It's been hard to find out how things should be in order to get noticed without experience.
